This role will focus on bringing best-in-class customer experience to Clipbook’s customers across the corporate, public affairs, political, government, and nonprofit / advocacy ecosystem. This includes a range of responsibilities and areas of ownership, including building and maintaining value-driven relationships with Clipbooks clients and managing several aspects of customer success, including: generating Clipbook’s media intelligence reports for clients, managing relationships with key accounts, and ensuring a strong experience for Clipbook’s customers.

We’re expanding across the U.S. and globally, providing our monitoring and intelligence capabilities to organizations, causes, government, non-profits, and public figures. Since our launch in 2023, Clipbook has provided political intelligence and monitoring support to hundreds of leading organizations across the United States and globally, including leading public affairs, communications, media, political, nonprofit, and advocacy organizations.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day customer delivery and media report generation for key Clipbook clients, including:
- Customer Delivery & Account management:
- Client onboarding into Clipbook’s powerful proprietary AI-powered technology systems and dashboards
- Quality control and review of client reports to better refine the insights, analysis, and political intelligence that fuels our clients’ day to day work
- Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and drive day-to-day communications with client organizations
- Gather and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders, and identify themes across customers to incorporate into product planning.
- Customer Delivery & Account management:
- Work closely with the Customer Success and technology team to build and maintain systems for customer success engagement.
- Growth: Help drive revenue retention and expansion strategies with key accounts in partnership with senior leadership and growth teams (e.g. manage contract expansions by demoing new product offerings, providing information and recommendations to clients, closing deals; anticipating at-risk renewals or user churn, etc.)
- Operations: Special project support for customer delivery, including improving customer success technical systems (e.g. service CRMs) for customer engagement and feedback
- Other duties as assigned
Strong candidates will have:
- ~2-5 years experience in account management, communications / research, Customer Success management, or similar roles.
- Passion for high-octane, high-growth experiences with a collaborative, energetic, and committed team
- Excellent execution capability & hustle and willingness to work with a quickly growing, scrappy, and passionate startup team
- Strong familiarity and passion for business, media, and communications
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn quickly and work in a nimble, execution-focused startup
Hours & working model: Full-time, U.S.-based, D.C. or East Coast preferred.
Compensation: Based on experience and tenure; starting at $60,000 USD with healthcare benefits and flexible PTO.
