We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team as the Head of Growth. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's growth strategy for user acquisition. The primary focus will be on outreach to grassroots donors, high-dollar donors, and organizations. You will lead a team of staff, consultants and interns in managing digital marketing, strategic partnerships, and peer-to-peer programs to attract and engage new users. Your ability to multitask and maintain meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for user acquisition, targeting grassroots donors, high-dollar donors, and political organizations. - Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including content creation, social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM initiatives to drive user engagement and conversion. - Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with external stakeholders to expand the company's reach and influence in the market. - Lead and optimize peer-to-peer referral programs to leverage the existing user base in attracting new users. - Directly interact with potential customers, such as high-dollar donors and political organizations, to foster strong relationships and identify growth opportunities. - Manage a team of consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with overall company objectives. - Analyze data and key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of growth strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record in scaling audiences and executing growth strategies. - Demonstrated experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, and peer-to-peer referral programs. - Strong understanding of consumer-facing tech products and the ability to tailor marketing strategies to target the desired user demographic. - Familiarity with political organizations, campaigns, or advocacy groups is highly advantageous. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. - Highly self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with a great deal of autonomy. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and insights to inform decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a growth-focused role within a tech startup or high-growth company. - Knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor engagement tactics within the political or non-profit sector. - NYC based, but not required!
Reporting Structure:
The Head of Growth Strategy will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the executive team to align growth initiatives with the company's overall vision and goals.
