As Chief of Staff, you will be our co-founders’ key partner in strategy, operations, and execution. You will be responsible for streamlining operations, facilitating effective decision-making, and driving strategic initiatives across the organization. Your first mandate will be focused on growth strategy, optimizing and driving channels & tactics to grow donor awareness, engagement, and conversion.
