PredictWise is built by engineers, academics, and economists from Facebook, Stanford, Microsoft, Wharton, and Nuna Health. In the three years since its founding, PredictWise has helped lead the fight to build a more just, equitable, and sustainable world by providing Audience Solutions for our digital-first information environment, completely tailored to any campaign. Our audiences are generated via a combination of massive survey and mobile device/telemetry data collected from Millions of US cell phones over the years, and avantgarde machine learning pipelines developed by our founders. PredictWise Audience Technology identifies most high-yield targets at the intersection of behaviors and attitudes, and can reach targets wherever they spend time organically, across devices and platforms. Concurrently, we have grown the team in service of designing and developing a broader marketing technology solution based on our data and AI pipelines. We have successfully validated our technology through a number of pilots, and are currently working with our first consumer-facing clients. PredictWise is currently in the process of raising a venture round from some of the most respected VCs in Silicon Valley. We are seeking a mission driven engineer to help expand our core product and build a profitable business, while having a lasting positive impact in the coming political cycles.

PredictWise Inc. is seeking a senior data engineer to help develop their industry-leading analytics and data platform.
At PredictWise, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most interesting and extensive datasets in the space, and learn cutting edge machine learning technology.
PredictWise has provided digital ad targeting and advanced analytics to Democratic and progressive causes since 2014.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND CORE SKILLS INCLUDE |
3+ years experience in a developer role; ideally, you have delivered business critical software
Experience with and desire to mentor and foster the growth of junior software engineers.
Significant professional experience using cloud technology (such as AWS or Google Cloud)
Professional experience working with large (~ 1TB or greater) datasets, and using distributed computing to process such datasets
Fluency in Python
Fluency in SQL / relational algebra
Strong communicator in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Requirements (skills that are not required but which would be highly valued):
Professional experience in Devops and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, AWS CDK, etc)
Fluency with GIS (Geographical Information Systems)
Familiarity with GPU based technologies (CUDA, OpenCL, etc)
