ABOUT RELENTLESS

Relentless is an organizing company focused on unlocking political power through relational organizing. Relational organizing is the simple, proven concept that people talking to their friends and family is more effective than strangers talking to strangers. Our flagship product, Rally, is a social graph, power-mapping tool, and program management platform that makes running scaled relational programs simple. Our in-house program team brings their deep experience to supercharge the programs that run on Rally and mobilize communities at scale to have meaningful conversations, get out the vote, and so much more.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a creative, experienced Senior Training Manager to join the team running Relentless’s 2025 electoral programs.

The Senior Training Manager will oversee the creation and execution of all staff training for our 2025 programs, as well as oversee and deploy our Digital Organizers. The Senior Training Manager will report directly to the Deputy Director of Participant Experience: Training & Ops.

A great Senior Training Manager is someone who genuinely loves witnessing the moment when it “clicks” in learning, and wants to help people get there. A good fit for this role is a “patient cheerleader”: someone who is an excellent and clear communicator and who loves breaking down complicated concepts and workflows into actionable, accessible pieces. You’re a good fit for this role if you are excited at the prospect of designing a curriculum using multiple means of communication & training, all in a virtual space.

This is a full-time, remote, and temporary position with an estimated start date of July 15th, 2025 and an end date of November 21, 2025.

  • Ability to create systems and structures that can be both scalable, withstanding an accelerated program build, and flexible, able to adapt to pivots and changes, as needed
