Job Description: Social Currant is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our growing business. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you’ll support key operational, financial and logistical workflows to support our team and creator partners do their best work. Responsibilities

  • Serve as an executional partner to the Chief of Staff across all things operations, supporting the smooth functioning of the company as it continues to grow.
  • Support in managing day-to-day Accounts Receivable and Payable workflows, including client invoicing, creator payments, vendor invoices and expense reconciliation
  • Coordinate contracting workflows for clients, creators and vendors — managing templates, tracking execution status, etc.
  • Assist with procurement processes, including vendor coordination and maintaining organized records
  • Coordinate travel and logistics for Social Currant staff and subcontracted creators working on campaigns, including booking, itinerary management, and on-the-ground support as-needed
  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff to execute operational initiatives and help identify areas for improvement as the company grows
  • Document and refine internal processes, tools and workflows across the organization
  • Support hiring and onboarding workflows

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, finance coordination, or a similar role — startup or agency experience a plus
  • Experience with project management and/or financial tools (e.g. Airtable, Stripe, etc)
  • Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail and process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines

Benefits

  • Full-time position, through December 4 — opportunity to extend depending on individual and company performance.
  • $65,000 - $68,000 salary
  • 2 PTO days accrued per month (capped at 24 days/year), 10 sick days/year, 2 floating holidays
