About Us:

Swayable made its mark by transforming the way major progressive campaigns measure the impact of their messages. We are looking for the right Partnerships Manager to represent the platform in the DC/politics/advocacy world so we can continue to accelerate our impact and growth.

Swayable is a fast-growing cloud analytics product that measures public opinion and the impact of messages and advertising content. Our innovative creative pre-testing solutions have been instrumental for advocacy and political organizations in making informed, data-backed decisions.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a connected, consultative, and strategic professional who can serve as the bridge between influential political and advocacy circles and our platform's potential. This person will lead our go-to-market strategy in this ecosystem, and will provide feedback to the executive team. If you thrive on relationship-driven impact, enjoy shaping marketing and messaging strategy, and excel at “opening doors,” this role is crafted for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate & Leverage Relationships: Use deep connections in political, advocacy, and public policy circles to make introductions between Swayable and senior-level decision-makers. Be the face of Swayable in this ecosystem.
  • Close Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with Sales to ensure introductions convert into meaningful conversations and opportunities.
  • Strategic Insight & Thought Leadership: Engage in advisory dialogues around creative pre-testing, brand messaging, and campaign impact—demonstrating consultative value. Attend conferences and events on Swayable’s behalf.
  • Innovate Use Cases: Spot creative use cases where our platform’s capabilities can drive results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with product and marketing teams to provide ecosystem feedback and help shape offerings that resonate with political and advocacy audiences.

What You Bring:

  • Strong ecosystem standing: Deep, trusted relationships within political campaigns, advocacy organizations, NGOs, or aligned entities, especially at senior leadership levels.
  • Consultative approach: Ability to articulate and advise on advanced marketing concepts like creative pre-testing, brand strategy, and messaging analytics.
  • Strategic mindset: Eye for leveraging trends and insights to open new strategic paths for engagement.
  • Collaborative teaming style: Comfortable working alongside sales and marketing counterparts to co-create opportunity advancement strategies.
  • Effective communicator: Compelling storyteller and listener—adept at translating complex concepts into crisp, clear value propositions.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation: $150-$220K, dependent on experience
  • Equity options consistent with early-impact contributors
  • Full healthcare coverage with no employee contribution required, generous PTO and parental leave, 401(k) plan
  • Mission-Driven Work: Play a pivotal role in advancing high-impact storytelling and advocacy initiatives.
